For the past month my Comcast Internet connection has been going in and out. Everytime I talk to someone on phone or chat support all they recommend is that I power cycle the device. Yes, that does work, but only until the problem comes back in 15-20 minutes. I have tried the connection on a Zoom 5352 and a Motorola SB6141 both seem be experiencing an issue where my connection times out. Any assistance would be great since I can't seem to get is any other way.
