Arlington, VA area, live in a high-rise apartment building. Rock solid quality since moving in over a year ago with the SB6121 modem. Noticed internet problems (extremely slow connectivity) starting when I got home on Friday (Sep 5). Called CC on Saturday to report issue. Was told that I needed a new modem. I know it wasn't the modem, but decided to upgrade it anyway. Purchased a SB6141 and was able to get it activated.
Speeds are fine, then will degrade at random times, sometimes with the modem resetting. Not having tracked signal levels prior to this, here are current levels:

Downstream SNR and Power Levels will vary ~1-2 dB and dBmV respectively depedning on if I have full speeds, or everything has crawled to a stop.
Abosolutely nothing has changed on my end prior to this problem arising. I'm assuming something changed upstream (beyond my connection) on Friday (as problem is present with 2 different modems).
Tech is scheduled for this Friday. Anything else I can document or check?
