Having forums and posting on them is a waste of time. As is all of comcast/xfinity "customer service." I have posted about a couple issues, nothing ever gets done, no one has any interest in improving things. Why bother with a forum? Just something to let us "sheep" think someone acutally cares? As Usual, never heard anything back from tech support on the problems out here. Guess this is how things work when dealing with a monopoly.
