Hello , I am a long time customer and I have called several times. Over a week ago comcast was suppose to send me a new modem . I was told Modem Aries model # TM502G was over its life time. So I ask why was I not been called or Why have I not not got a replacement one. She said I shouldv'e got a call or a replacement and that she was sorry for that. Then I was told they would send UPS 3-5 days, then the lady told me she would put a rush on it and said sorry for the inconvience. Now it has been over a week now. I called back yesterday and talk to a lady in Taunton office she told me it was never sent out but there was a order. Then she put me through with a guy. He said there was no order and I said thats funny cause the lady before him told me there was. I also told him it has been order over a week ago and was told it would be sent ups free of charge. Then we got disconnected and never got a phone call back to confirm that they were going to put order in. So I would like to know when will I get this new modem. I am XXXXXXXXXX at XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Thank you
