We recieved a letter to upgrade our modem. The link http:/www.comcast.com/deviceupgrade does not work. We keep recieving the message "page cannot be displayed". Tried using the following link, that was provided in other posts on this forum http://www.comcast.com/deviceupgrade/?SCRedirect=true and recieved the same message..."Page Cannot Be Displayed". Tried calling 1-855-242-2876 and waited on hold for over an hour just to be given the same websites that won't work. This was done twice.
