For a while now (weeks) I've been experiencing drop-outs in my VoIP (Vonage, not Comcast) and very slow internet service. To investigate, I ran PingPlotter and saw very frequent 100% packet loss through PDI-PaloAlto.as6453.net and less frequent 100% packet loss through asbnva02.us.bb.gin.ntt.net and a0134.stngva01.us.wh.verio.net. Is there anything that can be done route away from these servers? The phone is almost unusable, the internet is often difficult to use. The phone drop-outs occur off-peak times as well as in peak times.
