I have an Ebee DOCSIS 3.0 modem that has worked very well. We have had our share of problems before Richmond, VA had its upgrades. Connections been very fast, speedtest from Richmond averaging 95mbps DL & 12mbps upload consistently.
However this week its all come to a slow crawl. Download on speedtest was ok but UL was very slow, .26 mbps up on on test. Tech Support cant tell me anything on the phone so they wanted to send a tech out. However on Friday around 8:30am it picked up again back to its speedy self, still the same on Saturday so I cancelled the service call. About 5:30pm Saturday it slowed down almost to a halt again. So here are some of the numbers from the modem.

Critical (3) No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out
Critical (3) Ranging Request Retries exhausted
Critical (3) Unicast Maintenance Ranging attempted - No response
in the error logs.
