Hi, I'm currently a new customer running on the no-contract Performance Internet & XFINITY Voice Unlimited® right now. I am currently having problems with my speeds only generally peaking at about 3.0 Mbps. I switched from another company to Xfinity because of the speeds. I really need to fix these speed issues or I'm going to have to cancel, unforunately. I appreciate all your efforts because I genuinely love Comcast and want to keep the service. I just wanted to make sure I had the right configuration file, settings, etc. to provision much faster speeds. I did the Speedtest.net (21 Mbps) and the Xfinity one (26Mbps) and I have tried downloading files from many places and am only currently receiving like I said, a peak of 3.0 Mbps.
I've read quite a few threads and ran a Shaperprobe.
