Is there a "secret" to actually being able to find out one's uSNR from the Comcast CMTS?
This is now the 2nd time in around 8 months that I've called, waited to get a tech support person, validated, and asked tech support what my "upstream SNR" is that only HE (male agents) could get from the CMTS. Reply ..... "that's none of your business". Arghhh.
Thanks for any insight. Oh, and he (male agent) "kindly" offered to transfer me to paid support when I asked what "Auth Reject - No Information" meant in my modem logs.
