My family and I have been experiencing a digraded internet service for some time. When I explain to High Speed Internet support rep over the phone, that I am experiecing packet drops and latency spikes. They just want to send a techinian over. The techincian arrives and says the signal is very good, but it is out of scope for him to work on the packet drops. He does not have the ablity or know who to contact to assist in repairing this issue.
This is effecting my service, where streaming video will need to buffer every minute, (even when lowering the quality). Alsom citrix applications will consistatly would stop and has to reconnect.
Please help, I need to know how to get this resolved. Because the normal means in calling support and getting a tech to the house inoperable.
