I recently started using comcast internet and tv. For first week it worked perfectly. But when the wather got worse, so did the connection. Instead of 25 mb/s it slowed down to 1 mb/s. I contacted support and they sent a signal to boost my connection. Worked well for first 2 days, then it happened again. reseting my modem didn't help. I repeated it few more times and every time it worked for day or two. I called comcast so they sent someone to my house to check the connection and it was perfect, he said that everythings fine. But the same evening the connection slowed down to around 1.5 mb/s again. What can I do? It's getting annoying.
