I recently had a comcast technician come out to se why I was having poor service. While he was here the service was running fine, but that's how things have been going with my Comcast experience. It drops to poor service then comes back up. He suggested that I upgrade to faster service, I complied, and though my bill has been higher my service still remaining very poor. According to 5 different speed tests I'm running at around 30 MBps, however Comcast's speed test says I'm running at around 56 MBps. Since I have a network speed readout on my pc, I know for a fact that I have never achieved these speeds on your service. I attempted to call comcast on this dilemma, but 3 different times I was disconnected. This is on Comcast's end, my phone has no issues with anyone else I call. My neighbors have had similar issues, and have already switched to AT&T's U-verse. I considering this as well. I am hoping that my issues with your service can be resolved.
