I just recently got this modem New and installed it yesterday. The connection keeps dropping so often that its making it unusual. I have a ping going on to google.com and it drops for a good minute or two after every 5-10 mins.
I read a couple of posts and everybody seems to be saying it only gets better after a firmware upgrade.
