For the past three days we have lost Internet connectivity several times a day. When we lose connectivity, the modem’s Power, US/DS, Online, and WiFi lights remain illuminated.
When I power-cycle the modem, connectivity returns temporarily (several hours) but then we have to power-cycle the modem again…and again…and again.
This is very annoying and I am perplexed as to why it is happening. We live in zip code 98327 and have Blast! Service using an Arris Interactive, L.L.C. tg862g modem provided by Comcast.
