I have problem to login to Interactive Brokers (IB), and called IB what's going on?
After check everything in IB, nothing wrong with my account.
And he gave me IP from IB to check if there was problem from internet provider, and after check, yes login always failed, the IB's IP = telnet 208.245.107.3 4000
I've called comcast (1-888-966-7552) 2 times about this problem,
The first called almost 30 menit cannot solved, he said its difficult problem and have the same issued unsolved and suggest me to called his supervisor.
The second called he (another guy) insisted to change my package instead of solved my problem ????????????
Anybody please help me to solve this problem or should I change provider ?
