After 30 minutes and three transfers, I was instructed to create a post in the forums, as this is the only way the backend Tech department can be reached.
For approximately six weeks now, I cannot access my bank's website. All other websites I attempt work just fine. If I take my laptop to work, I can access it over their internet. My parents also have Comcast and live in the same city as I do and use the same bank. They cannot access the bank's website from their house either. I get the same result if I use my tablet: Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding.
It was explained to me that there is a disconnect between the comcast server and the bank's server and only a message to this forum will get the attention of the appropriate personnel who can liaise with the bank and restore the connectivity. So, here I am.
