Issue:
We've switched from a triple play household with "performance" internet to an internet only with the "blast" package. We were able to consistently get "performance" (20/4) with a ubee modem and a cable box. Now that we have blast and internet only and our upstream (11 Mbps) is faster than our downstream (4 Mbps). http://stage.results.speedtest.comcast.net/result/411069084.png
The previous "performance" setup:
The ubee modem was behind two splitters, each with a 3db drop.
