I am a new customer with the blast service. It distinctly says up to 50 mps. I realize they say "up to" for a reason, but im getting speeds of 6 mps, 11 mps and the highest was 16 mps. Thats not even half of what I am paying for. I have two different times on customer service calls for over 2 hours in total. Both calls ending in "we will have a service tech call you." Twice now, no call. Never once did they offer to make it right. Since im not getting the 50 mps service, dont bill me for it. Its ridiculous. I am sure im not the only one.
My recommendation is to speed check your service because I am sure you are probably not getting what you pay for.
I am a very dissatisfied new customer.
