Looking for some help with connecting the internet in my house. Comcast phone/ the talk is not helpful, keep getting the runaround about resetting the modem etc. I would just like to schedule a tech visit but no one seems willing to do that so figure I'll try to fix it myself.
My thought is that the actual connection outside is disconnected at the box. So what can I look for to try and fix the issue?
