I'm super frustrated with our current service at our apartment complex. Every evening, we get a drop in speed, and times where the signal is totally lost. I called several times to Comcast to get them to take a look. They tried a few things, then said that it was my splitter. But why would the splitter be the issue, but only in the evenings when most people are home and online? If it's a general oversuage of a node or whatever in the area that we're living (sorry, don't know the term) or due to wiring or infrastructure of the area, then if someone could let me know that, it would be helpful. Never got this at our old place with Uverse (but it's not available in this area). Often we get the wifi light that blinks quickly or erratically. If someone could take a look at my stats and let me know if you see anything, that would be greatly appreciated.
