For the past few days I've been having an extreme Packet Loss, doing anything online has been extremely unbearable and unreliable.
I have an SB6141.
Before anyone asks, it is not any wire, or anything in my house. Why am I so sure? Because through 2012-2013, we had this exact issue, and after months and months of this nonsense, we rewired the entire house much to our frusteration, got 4 different modems, and finally ended up on this one.
Ultimately the issue was resolved once my area had maitence(I wasn't the only one I knew with this packet issue back then).
Now the issue is back, I've been talking to support for the past few days, and everyone tells me that theres no problem.
How do I talk with someone online who actually can give some helpful answers.
