It appears that he-1-1-1-cr01.1601milehigh.co.ibone.comcast.net has been malfunctioning the last 21 days at least. Would explain why my internet service has been poor quality for months now...
Have repeat tech visits and even a tech tell me he lived in the same town and was having the exact same issue... for the same amount of time...

Any reason why after all this time this site was never used by comcast to locate the issue? Even after I showed their tech almost the same information through a pingtrace?
When is this issue going to be resovled after it has gone on for so long?
I can't even work from home properly it's at the mercy of my line qualtiy.
