I'm a web designer and I happen to have a few clients that have their web services hosted on Godaddy. Yesterday Godaddy was down (of course), but following their service outage, that is now resolved, I'm no longer able to connect through Comcast. After running ping, trace, checking all security settings, moving to different computers, clearing cache, etc. I then realized that problem is with Comcast. If I view pages on another service such as Sprint, I can see godaddy websites.
I call Comcast for help and they blamed Godaddy and, of course Godaddy says the issues are Comcast's fault. Either way, they both agree that I have to wait 48 hours for any feedback regarding my issues.
This is horrible. I'm unable to work from my current locaiton.
