Hey there,
I'd like to get extreme 105MBps service setup.
I've got a DOCSIS 3.0 Modem, its an Arris WBM760A.
I have called comcast and have been told my equipment isn't compatbile with extreme105 service. I'm in Nashville, TN. It's a Docsis 3.0 modem, and is actually on the list of compatible devices on comcast's website. I'm coming from 50MB Blast.

When I called in, I was told by the rep that I didnt have a compatible modem. You and I both know that isn't the case. If I need a new boot/config file to point me to the right service rate on the CMTS/System, is there anyway that could be pushed that out to me?
I'd really appreciate your help, I can provide any account details you may need - I've called comcast 5 times in the past hour and they keep hanging up on me.
