ive been dealing with this for a week now. packet loss goes up to 18% at some points.

i already had a technition out and he replaced my coaxial connecters and replaced my modem. didnt solve the issue. my house wiring passed all the tests that he ran. eveything looked good. 1 day later i get 15% packet loss. up from 2-4% in previous days. the packets drop at hop 2

this is unbelieveably frustrating paying over 100$ for my internet and it doesnt even work. i had to refresh the comcast home page 6 time for it to load. im using pingplotter and all i see is red bars at every stop with a comcast server. im stuck between a hard spot and a rock here. terrible internet or none at all. comcast is the only provider in my area.. someone please help. this is so upsetting.
