I have blast internet and i have has slow speeds off and on since i had it installed. Anyways they came a month ago and replaced my modem/router. That seemed to fix the problem . Then in the last few weeks we has several outages well. I checked my speed today and it is bouncing between 15 and 30 mbps down. I should be getting 50 down. What can i do to fix this ? I have a tech coming out to bring a second x1 box tomorrow. Should i tell them about my problem ?
