I've been having extremely poor performance on any network outside of Comcast (Xfinity streaming is fine). General traffic is slow and sites like Amazon, Netflix and Hulu are absurdly slow. I can't even stream 360p video on Youtube without caching every 5 seconds. I've tried power cycling/resetting all equipment, restarting all PCs, etc. Nothing works.

I've contacted tech support online and on the phone, no help either way. ShaperProbe doesn't seem to work for me so I can't post that data (it always says there are no servers). I'm paying for the 50mbps BLAST! package but I've been averaging between 1-5mbps since last Thursdays service outage.
If I do the speed test on the Comcast hosted server, I'm getting my full 50-60mbps, but that really isn't the issue here, accessing content on Comcasts own servers. It's everything ELSE I want to access that runs like mud.
