i am currently on hold on the phone with comcast for 1 hour and 20 minutes about the internet dropping every day for the past 6 weeks!!!!! i dont meen for a minute or 2, i mean for hours!!!!! so bad that an online masters degree has been lost due to assignments not completed due to comcasts HOURS of "no internet service!" dont get me wrong. i have tried to work with them. this is not an iveolated incident! this is a constant! when i called to explain! complain! they put me on hold now for an hour and 23 minutes! Do you really want this company as your internet provider?
