I, too, am having video problems, but then, I am also having problems with television with my cable connection, andno-one who is sent here to fix it, is able to. One person got it close for a few days, then back to the S.O.S., it just NEVER ends. This is from the day that I signed-up for my service, that was only in February, maybe I should feel lucky, it's only 4, yes 4(four) months.
