I am in the Atlanta area and have had the Infinity Triple Play since it was introduced. I have been quite pleased at the up time of all three services.
HOWEVER, in the past week, the internet has dropped out (with no warning) three times and I have had to reboot the cable modem to get it back online. This is not a life-threatening issue yet, but I control my HVAC and home alarm system through the internet and I obviously CAN'T when it's down.
Comments or suggestions?
