Is there a problem in the area or something? My upload speed is very low and a ping test shows some packet loss. Usually not like this. Any word on if there is an area problem? (Few local stores are cash only as their internet is too slow for the machines to process anything) If I ping google.com from CMD I get no loss and the ping I should be getting.
Usual ping is around 20-30.. Usual DL is 15-25 and Usual UP IS 5-6...
