I might have damaged my comcast cable when doing yard work

 I was trying to get rid of the weeds in my backyard yesterday through a sickle. And I guess I've severely damaged some seemingly important cable. Look at the picture below.  However, my Internet, TV and phone all work without a problem.  Should I call comcast to come and take a look just in case?
