frequent and random disconnects

For the past 6 weeks I've been getting frequent and random disconnects. When it disconnects the modem acts as if it's going through a power cycle. I've contacted comcast and they "assured" me that he fixed the problem by remotely resetting my modem and boosting my power speed. However, a few hours later it went back to the same problem.

I have the tc8305c modem and the logs have a lot of critical errors and warnings. When these occur, I lose internet connection. Here is the log on just one of the disconnects. Any information/advice is appreciated
