I am not sure these are related but since Comcast annouced a 2x speed increase in our area, my connectivity has been very poor. When I do speed tests, the test never finishes and sometimes the throughput can be as low as 0.01 MBps. Downloading web pages is the same. It hangs after a few seconds and sometimes it will not download at all.
I replaced the modem but it did not help. I rebooted dozens of times. The stats page of the modem (TC8503C) appears to have fairly good numbers:
SNR: ~42 DB
Dl Pow: 0-1 dBmV
UL Pow: ~36 dBmv
I have a truck roll scheduled for Saturday, first available, but I thought I would check the forum to see if anyone else is experiencing this problem.
