The past two days the internet has been awful at our household. It's been cold so we thought that might be an issue, but this is simply not acceptable.
We're paying for the 105 down internet service and this is what we're receiving.

Anything I can do? We use the comcast modem/router they supplied. Upload is fine and has been fine throughout. The download is what's awful.
