This is driving me a bit crazy. I have looked at pretty much everything but I keep getting random signal disconnects where I have to continously reset the modem and/or connect/reconnect the coax from the wall. The connection re-establishes but this can happen multiple times throughout the day. Sometimes I might get lucky and it stays connected for a day or two then same issue crops up again.
-switch cable out
-replaced modem
The signal/power levels seem to be ok according to what I have read as far as the ranges go.
Anyways if there are any suggestions I would be most appreciative. I get the usual nothing is wrong when I call comcast.
Here is status page from my modem: Zoom 5341J.
The problem cropped up in October and previously was working fine then I started troubleshooting the issue.
