Internet connection stopped working

I've been a Comcast internet customer for many years. Yesterday afternoon our internet connection stopped working. I'm writing this from a Starbucks, using their wireless.

 

When I reset the modem (it's a D-Link DCM-202), after the startup sequence the Status light blinks green for a few seconds, which looks good, but then it goes to steady green. Computers connected to it report no internet connection.

 

A few months ago it stopped working for less than a day due to that modem model (D-Link DCM-202) having been inadvertently put on the obsolete list. Has the D-Link DCM-202 been put back on the obsolete list?

 

If not, what can I do to troubleshoot this issue?
