Hi, I have been having issues with my Internet going out and modem resetting itself numerous times a day since last Tuesday.
I have the 50 Mbps / 10 Mbps Internet service with a Motorola SB6121 cable modem that I own. Here is the signal info that I just captured, followed by a list of the log entries with the T3/T4 timeouts and something about Unicast Maintenance Ranging Attempted. I have tried pretty much everything I can think of at this point and trying to explain this stuff to someone over the phone was a nightmare. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I forgot to mention, my speedtest results are 35 Mbps / 12 Mbps so its lower than it should be on the download.
