Why are you throttling our speed on plans such as Blast!, when we go over the 300 GB data cap. I don't mind paying the $10 per 50 GB more, but we should still be receiving the speeds that are advertised. I usually get around 70-80 mbps download, and 11-12 mbps upload, but after hitting the data cap and paying you the $10 more dollars for data that should be the same speed, I'm being throttled to less than 40 mbps download and less than 0.75 mbps upload. It isnt the download speed that bothers me, but the ridiculously low upload speed. How are people supposed to make a living if you cut our speeds, especially when there are people that use streaming services such as twitch.tv, etc., as their main incomes?
