First, I would like to say I work in IT and did hardware support for a year and a half. I have a very good modem and decent router. I've been upgraded to Blast! and test my internet via speedtest.net every other day, with the result being between 0 and 3 mbps every time. I'm not sure what the deal is and I'm worried if I contact Comcast they'll just act like it's my fault (I've power cycled the router several times, etc.). Just frustrated I suppose. If anyone has any tips as to how they've gotten this issue fixed that would be great! Thanks.
