General Description of Problem:
I am having frequent but intermittent connectivity issues that began roughly 30 days ago. prior to that I've had several months of great service. The primary symptom is for no apparent reason my modem disconnects and reboots itself and then reconnects. Sometimes it goes for hours without doing this, but at other times it will do it several times in a row or several times per hour. Here is additional diagnostic information.
